Prefab house is able to be assembled in a very short time, because its wall and roof etc are prefabricated in the factory, and then processing the bearing structure(commonly using steel structure) in accordance with the prefab house design and requirements.

The features of prefab house is that it's a kind of professional design. Its manufacturing process is standardization, modularization and generalization. Prefab house is easy to disassemble, install, transport and store. It can be reused for many times and is a temporary house that is able to turnover or as a permanent house.
